At KittySupps, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new look. If your apparel doesn't fit or feel quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location indicated on your label and ensure you receive a drop-off receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
